Our Mindfulness Meditation & Sound Bath workshop is a unique experience that combines the benefits of mindfulness meditation with the soothing effects of a sound bath. During the workshop, you will learn how to focus on the present moment and let go of distracting thoughts, while also being immersed in the healing vibrations of singing bowls. This workshop is the perfect opportunity to reduce stress and improve your overall well-being.
Join us every Saturday from 11am - 12pm (except public holidays) and embark on a journey of relaxation and self-discovery.
